Have You "Lost" Your Insurance Agent?

Have you "lost" your insurance agent? Can't get in touch with the agent that sold you the policy? Frustrated with having to call 800 numbers with no direction? If this describes your situation, maybe I can help.

Most Insurance companies will allow you to change your "Agent of Record." If you decide to get a new agent, your present carrier will require you to submit a letter, ususally on a form provided by the company, to make that request. If the new agent is licensed in your state and has an active appointment, you should have no problem.
