Patrick Dearborn LLC shares some exciting news for April and year-to-date 2010.  The Real Estate market in Naples, Florida is showing significant movement.  There is a dramatic increase in closed properties above $1,000,000.  John R. Wood reported increases in pended sales in this segment over the past few months, and that is now showing up in actual closed transactions.  Median sales price also posted its first increase in a year.  Every price segment is now showing increased activity over a year ago.  Current buyer activity remains brisk and is anticipated to continue into the summer.
