The mission of Homes for Heroes is to provide extraordinary savings to local heroes who provide extraordinary services to our community every day.  Currently, healthcare professionals, firefighters, EMS, military, police/sheriff department personnel and teachers are eligible for the service. There is no cost for local Heroes to join. The savings are significant during the real estate transaction and after it’s closed.

As realtors and long-time residents of Naples, Patrick Dearborn LLC and Chad Phipps are the only contracted participants in Collier County and 2 of the few in all of southwest Florida to work with this program.  Chad and Patrick offer Real Discounts to Real Heroes through this nationally-recognized real estate service program.   
 
As participants in the program, Patrick and Chad agree to donate 25% of their gross commission back to the Hero -- covering part of the closing costs when they buy or sell a home. As Friends of Heroes, America Home Key Mortgage has agreed to discount half of the origination fee at closing. Other Friends of Heroes offering discounts to participating Heroes are Florida Universal Title, Safeguard Inspectors and John C. Goede Attorney.
